Maintaining Your Heated Hose

Proper maintenance for your hose is essential to keeping it clear of debris and preventing it from crystalizing between use.

Check out these suggestions for maintaining your hose after each use.

1. Inspect electrical connections and hose joists
2. Check all T/C and RTD connections and cables
3. Repair or replace any worn or damaged scuff jacket
4. Remove scuff and inspect full hose
5. Recirculate A-side of the spray hose and A-side of the recirculation line when your hose is idle for more than 7 days.
6. Maintain 500 psi on your hose when shutting down for the day
